Method of preparation . Peel zucchini, cut into small pieces. Beat eggs with salt and spices. Roll the pieces first in the eggs and then in the flour. Pour oil on a red-hot frying pan and put zucchini on it, fry them on both sides. Serve with greens.

Fried sausages

Required : 3-4 sausages, 2 onions, tomato puree or ketchup, green peas, vegetable oil.

Method of preparation . Cut sausages crosswise on both sides. Fry them in vegetable oil so that the ends are bent in different directions. Peel the onions, cut into half rings and add to sausages. When the dish is almost ready, fill it with tomato sauce.

Serve with peas or sauerkraut.
